Apply a little shampoo to wet hair. Massage it in. Wash it out. Use it every time you wash your hair.
Apply a generous amount of the mask from the middle of the hair to the tips. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Remove with warm water. Use once or twice a week instead of a conditioner.

Apply the product upwards from the ends. We recommend that you avoid the scalp when applying the mask.Leave the mask on for 15 minutes, but at least 5-10 minutes. Rinse the mask thoroughly with warm water. Apply the conditioner for 2-3 minutes.

I have tried sooo many hair care products... Even more expensive ones. My ends are dyed...
