Apply a little shampoo to wet hair. Massage it in. Wash it out. Use it every time you wash your hair.
Apply a generous amount of the mask from the middle of the hair to the tips. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Remove with warm water. Use once or twice a week instead of a conditioner.

Apply evenly to towel-dried or dry hair, except for the roots and scalp, paying special attention to the ends. The conditioner does not need to be rinsed or washed out, as this is how it can work best.

I have tried sooo many hair care products... Even more expensive ones. My ends are dyed...
